Q Is there a plan to franchise internationally?
A Yes, there is and the strategy is to appoint Master Franchisees in each new territory.

Q Will the Master Franchisee have the sole rights to the territory.?
A Not necessarily, it will depend on the size of the territory in question and the size and capability of the applicant.

Q What are the franchise fees?
A The fees are made up of an initial territorial fee, an ongoing opening fee for each new restaurant and a royalty fee of 6% of net sales. The amount of the initial fee and the opening fee will depend on the territory in question.

Q I am confused about all the trademarks under the HappyFood banner – HappyPizza, HappyCaffè, HappyWorld. Are these separate franchises?
A No, we are only selling the Master Franchise rights for HappyFood which is an all inclusive restaurant concept which includes all the other brands. HappyPizza, Happy World and HappyCaffè are all segments of an existing HappyFood restaurant.

Q Having bought the Master Franchise rights for HappyFood can I sub franchise different elements of the HappyFood?
A Yes, not only will the Master Franchisee have the right to sub franchise HappyFood restaurants he can if he so desires only franchise the HappyPizza segment or the HappyCaffè segment. This provides him with the possibility of sub franchising 3 concepts.which will range dramatically in terms not only in price but also in size and capital investment requirements.
